This module is the cornerstone of our training. Based upon classical hypnotherapy
techniques it gives the student the basic 6 steps of a good hypnotherapy session.
We also cover the basic stress management principles that are sorely needed in today’s
world, both for business and also for private individuals.
You will learn how to create powerful visualisations and use suggestibility exercises
to ensure that sessions develop good trance depths.
At the end of this diploma module you will be competent with basic behavioural change
for smokers, those wanting weight loss and anyone suffering anxiety.
